Sometimes you make a booking and then life happens and your plans need to change.
Changing a flight on FlySafair is possible, but we must warn you that there are some penalties that will apply.
- We charge a penalty to make the change. This is to cover administrative costs on our side and also to compensate us for the fact that we have to place a once booked seat back onto the market, but with less time to sell it again.
- You will also be charged the fare difference if applicable. If the new flight you want is more expensive than the flight you had before, you will be charged the difference in the fare.
To Change Your Flights Online:
To change your flights online you simply need to log in to our Change Bookings Portal by clicking here. You will need your last name and your booking reference to log in. Once logged in you can review the flights that you've booked. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see four buttons offering different options for changes you can make. Simply click the button to make the change you need and follow the prompts.
Please note that a penalty charge of R300 will apply per person per flight. Passengers may also be liable for fare differences between old and new flight dates.
