Sometimes it happens that you complete a booking and then change your mind about something. That's why we created a "My Booking" portal.
In this Portal you can do several things, including:
- Request a VAT invoice
- Resend your confirmation email to your same or another email address
- Print your confirmation email
- Add extra suitcases or other services to your booking
- Change your flight dates (penalties and fare differences will apply), or
- Change the names under which flights were booked (penalties will apply).
Using the system is very simple. Simply navigate to the My Booking Section of our website and log in using your last name and the booking reference for your booking.
Changes like these can also be made through our call centre, but generally, it's quicker and easier to make changes online!
