We try at all costs to avoid rescheduling flights, but from time to time, it is essential that we make a few alterations, either for practical reasons or in order to ensure a more efficient flying pattern.
Customers do not need to make any changes to their reservations, the flight will simply depart at a new time, which will be communicated via email or SMS.
As with any other flight, you are advised to arrive as early as possible. We advise 90 minutes before your flight departs.
When schedule changes are more than 1 hour from the original time, we offer customers the option to make free changes to another of our flight times that better suit them or to opt for a full refund with a voucher. This can be done on our website on the manage my booking portal.
