We try at all costs to avoid rescheduling flights, but unfortunately, due to operational constraints, we are sometimes forced to make these changes.
You do not need to make any changes to your reservations, your flight will simply depart at a new time, which you would have received via email or SMS. Please ensure to be at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.
If the new flight times do not suit you, or if you no longer wish to travel, you have the following options:
• If you would like us to cancel your booking and credit you to Wallet, less R300 (per person per flight), please click here.
• To make a penalty-free change, but fare differences will apply, please contact us at 087 357 0030 between 7 am and 7 pm, any day of the week.
