We try at all costs to avoid cancelling flights, but, unfortunately, due to the travel restrictions and new curfew times we have to adhere to, we are unable to prevent this inconvenience. As a result, we've had to cancel a number of bookings to comply with these new restrictions.
If your flight has been cancelled you have two options available to you:
- Make a completely free change: You can stick to your current route and choose new flight times, or you can pick totally new flights; or
- Cancel your booking to a voucher, for the full value of your cancelled booking. You can use this voucher at a later date to book new flights. You will need to redeem your voucher within 12 months – that's to say that you need to spend it within 12 months, but you can purchase any available flights.
You can make these changes yourself using the My Booking section of our website.
To view all the options available to you, go to the My Booking section of our website, enter your six-letter booking reference number and the last name of one of the travellers, and select the option that applies to you.
Of course, our contact centre teams are always there to assist customers in making these changes. We are expecting high volumes of calls with these sudden changes and so we urge customers to attempt to use the easy self-service options before giving us a shout.
Note: If you have booked a blocked seat and have selected to make a penalty-free change or book a new flight on the My Booking section of the website as outlined above, please contact the call centre to add your blocked seat to your new booking.
