For what reasons are you allowed to fly in level 3?

Domestic flying under level 3 is not allowed for the purposes of recreation or leisure. However, you are allowed to fly for other more essential reasons. These include:

  • Moving to a new place of residence
  • Caring for an immediate family member
  • Members of parliament performing oversight responsibilities
  • Learners and students who are travelling to schools or institution when they are permitted
  • Attending a funeral
  • To transport mortal remains
  • To obtain medical treatment
  • People returning to their place of residence from quarantine or isolation
  • any other movement permitted under regulation 41

For each reason you will need to present the corresponding paperwork. Here's more information on that.
