Refunds due to COVID-19/Coronavirus

In light of the circumstances surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus we are making special preparations to allow customers to cancel or change reservations made before 15 March 2020.

Customers have 2 options:

OPTION 1: is to make a penalty free change to a future flight of your choice. You can change the route and the date of the flight. The only charge you will be liable for is a difference in fare if the new flights you want cost more than the ones you bought originally. This can be done on our website through the manage bookings section. Please note that Lite Fares will permit 1 penalty-free change, Standard Fares 2 penalty-free changes and Premium Fares have unlimited penalty-free changes.

OPTION 2: is to get a full refund to a voucher. These vouchers will be valid for 12 months. That is to say that you have 12 months to spend the voucher but you can purchase any available flight. This can be done instantly on our website through our Manage Bookings section. The video below demonstrates how this is done.

Please note, these options will only be available to you until 31 May 2020. If not done by this date, your ticket will be forfeited.
