Are you struggling to check-in online? Here are a few quick trouble shooting tips.
1. Online check-in only opens 24 hours before your flight departs and closes 4 hours before the flight departs. Once that 4 hour mark has passed, check-in is only available at the airport counters or self-service kiosks. Please note that check-in at these locations opens 2 hours before departure.
2. Have you got the correct Booking Reference code? Our booking reference codes can be found on all emails that we send and your confirmation SMS. Our references contain 6 characters which are usually a combinations of numbers and letters - e.g. DF4GHY.
3. If you are manually entering your booking code, ensure that you are not mistaking any numbers for letters - for example an upper-case "I" can easily be mistaken for a number 1. Another common error is mistaking an "S" for a number 5.
4. If none of the above are helping then there may be an error with your booking. For example a misspelled name or an unpaid amount on the booking. Please immediately call 087 135 1351, between 7am and 7pm, or alternately proceed to the airport ticket sales counters.
