Processing a Refund

Please keep in mind that flights cannot be cancelled except in specific circumstances covered in our terms and conditions. Please see this article to see of you qualify for a refund.

For Refunds due to Coronavirus visit the COVID-19 Help Centre. COVID-19 refunds are for vouchers only, not cash.

Please note that cancellation penalties may apply to refunds.

In order to complete a refund, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Please complete the form below and attach the documents required
  2. Once the form and required documents have been submitted, we will revert to acknowledge receiving your details
  3. Within 3 working days we will advise if your refund request has been approved and what conditions may apply.
  4. We will then process the refund back to the source of payment. Depending on the banks involved and the payment methods, refunds can take anywhere from 7 to 20 days.
