For Refunds due to Coronavirus visit the COVID-19 Help Centre. COVID-19 refunds are for vouchers only, not cash.
Please note that cancellation penalties may apply to refunds.
In order to complete a refund, the following steps must be completed:
- Please complete the form below and attach the documents required
- Once the form and required documents have been submitted, we will revert to acknowledge receiving your details
- Within 3 working days we will advise if your refund request has been approved and what conditions may apply.
- We will then process the refund back to the source of payment. Depending on the banks involved and the payment methods, refunds can take anywhere from 7 to 20 days.
