Contacting the call centre

Our call centre contact number is 087-135-135-1 and we are here to take your call any time from 07h00 – 19h00, 7 days a week. If you need us outside of this time, please drop us an email on help@flysafair.co.za and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you make a booking or change a flight through our call centre we will make a service charge of R100 for every booking transaction created or modified.  We make no apology for this, as we offer online sales and online servicing through our website, which we strongly recommend that you make use of, as being the cheapest way to buy and amend flights.

Call centres are expensive to run, and in order to keep our fares as low as we can we charge the call centre servicing fee to help fund the running of the call centre.

If you have a group booking of more than 9 people, or need to arrange for 'Special Needs' facilities at the airport and for boarding, then you will need to contact our call centre in order to do so.  Neither of these can be completed online.  Alternatively feel free to drop us an email at help@flysafair.co.za and we will attend to it as soon as possible. Please note that email queries can take up to a week to answer as the call centre takes priority.
