Requirements for a Comfortable & Secure Journey
Water Bowl
Pets must have a water bowl inside their crate. If renting a crate from the PetLounge, a water bowl and absorbent training pad will be provided.
Crate Size
If you use your own crate, only IATA-approved crates are permitted, and your pet should be able to stand, turn, and lie down comfortably inside.
Vet Book
Puppies and kittens may only fly from 8 weeks old. An original vet book must accompany your pet. If the pet is under 3 months old, a legible copy of the mother’s updated vaccination records is required.
Required Documents
Bring the original vaccination book, booking confirmation, Shipper’s Declaration (emailed upon booking), and ID on the day of departure.
Pregnant Pets
Heavily pregnant animals will not be transported unless under exceptional circumstances. A vet letter is required for approval.
